Hello there!
My name is Ting Liu. I am a web designer based in New Zealand. I graduated from the University of Waikato with a bachelor degree in Computer Graphic Design. The three years I spend there were awesome, I’ve learned so much about design from the basic principles, colour theory, typography to practical real world design projects. Currently I am working at The Hyperfactory as a production designer.
I am really passionate about the web and internet. It’s such a powerful media yet the experience can be versatile and personal. I spent much of my time learning about HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash etc. By understanding the web design in both graphic level and the underlying coding level, as well as User Interface Design studying, I am confident that I am able to provide more efficient and visually appealing website solutions. I like playing football as I used to be the Cap. Of my high school football team (Ahh, those good old days). I love photography. I own two film based SLRs (including a Nikon F80). I am also a video game fan. I write reviews and critics on my blog and for some of the biggest Chinese game publications.
